On August 26, 2020, European Chemical Agency (ECHA) releases the latest update on the application programming interface (API) which is mainly related to notifications of Substances of Concern in Products (SCIP), but they also encourage more companies who are willing to use the system-to-system service for poison center notifications to update to the latest API. Also, they added that ECHA’s submission portal is compatible with both the previous and latest API versions now, so companies have enough time to upgrade themselves with ECHA’s new requirement
