Following further discussion with ECHA, the following substances are confirmed as belonging to the SVHC (and Annex IV) group 4-Nonylphenol, branched and linear, ethoxylated. ECHA has confirmed the scope of this group includes substances where the ethoxy group is -OH terminated, and for any position (2-,4-, undefined) of the nonyl group at the phenol ring. These substances are members of GADSL group 143.
