9 March 2023:

ECHA’s data on more than 1.3 million endpoints for 26,500 substances registered under REACH is now available for search on the eChemPortal.

The development and maintenance of the eChemPortal is the responsibility of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The European Chemicals Agency oversees hosting the website (ECHA).

Since 2019, this is the first update to ECHA's data in the eChemPortal. The update brings the overall number of substance records to 26,487 by adding information on more than 1,700 additional compounds from ECHA's database of REACH registrations. More than 215,000 additional endpoint records are included in the update, bringing the total number of endpoint records to almost 1.3 million.

While the eChemPortal offers the opportunity to conduct property searches across all compounds, the ECHA website allows users to search data for specific substances. The eChemPortal also features data from a wide range of international sources.
