New Enhancements and Fixes Improve User Experience

The latest update to IUCLID (v8.13.2) has been released, focusing on functionality improvements and bug fixes without introducing format changes. This update enhances data management capabilities for users across various regulatory frameworks, including EU CLP, PPP, and BPR.

Key Enhancements

• Document Comparison Restored: Ensures more accurate data validation.
• Improved Data Entry: Full-screen mode for rich text fields and an enhanced date-picker control.
• Better CSV Mapping: Corrects phrase handling in picklists.
• User Interface Tweaks: Text wrapping for long strings and record reordering in multi-reference fields.

Sector-Specific Improvements

• EU CLP (Poison Centres): Extended labelling calculator for non-GHS hazard statements, updated PCN reports with new hazard classes.
• EU PPP: Enhanced filtering for mixture components and new analytical method reports.
• EU BPR: New quality rules for active substance applications.

Technical Upgrades

• Java Update: Now uses Java 11—users should verify compatibility with integrated tools.
• Unified Authentication: Streamlined for improved security.
