Responsible Business Initiatives

At APA we desire to positively influence many spheres of our society through moral obligations, social endeavors, financial stewardship, environmental conservation, boosting workplace morale and developing a positive brand image of our businesses. We want to be remembered as an organization that encouraged and enjoyed seeing the lives of the local community enriched and transformed through our modest social development initiatives.

Incorporating CSR strategy

As an organization, we witnessed the charitable hearts of our young and brilliant minds in action during the devasting floods that almost engulfed Chennai in 2015. More than 80% of our workforce gathered swiftly to be a helping hand to those in need. To streamline our initiatives, we incorporated the CSR strategy though it was not mandated then.

  • Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a corporate strategy followed by the organization to be socially accountable to its customers, stakeholders, and employees.
  • CSR evolved from voluntary business decisions to mandated principles at the regional, national, and international levels.
  • CSR is categorized into environmental responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and economic responsibility.

To ensure genuineness, we are constantly aligning our voluntary initiatives to adhere to our core vision and mission.
