The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) intends to list perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and Perfluoro octane Sulfonic Acid (PFOS) as known to the state to beget cancer under the Coffer Drinking Water and Poisonous Enforcement Act of 1986 ( Proposition 65). This action is proposed by the “ Authoritative Bodies” listing medium.
