When a manufacture/stack holder wants to use the biocidal active substance they want to submit this application to get approval from ECHA.
Companies should use this template when they apply for primary active substance approval and for renewing the approval. Authorities should use it for their assessment reports. The revision comprises editorial changes, improved layout, and minor content changes.
If the substance is a biocidal active substance and you formulate a proposal for CLH under CLP Regulation and also a Competent Authority Report (CAR) under Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) for (re)approval.
