Formerly, Director of ALCASTE a Aluminum Casting Company involved in Pressure die–casting, Gravity Casting & CNC machining.Had a 3 year stint with Tata Motors Ltd. Ramakrishnan has a strong background in manufacturing and operations.

He also is an hands on manager of the IT division at APA Engineering. A nationally ranked Table Tennis player once, he takes a active interest in his sons Tennis career.

D.V.Ravi is the Managing Director of Shriram Capital Limited the holding company of the financial services and insurance conglomerate with assets under management of more than USD 20 bn. Ravi has been part of the Shriram Group since 1992 and has extensive experience in the financial services and insurance domain with a large emphasis on Strategy, M&A, Corporate Finance, Leadership development and Technology initiatives.

Prior to joining the Shriram Group, Ravi had a five year stint at Karnataka Oilseeds Federation managing the planning, finance and technology initiatives of the entity.

Ravi is a Commerce graduate from Bengaluru University and a Post Graduate in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.

Shankar has around 26 years of experience in delivering IT and Engineering Services for automotive and manufacturing customers. He has end to end experience in Transition and Delivery of large AMS engagements for companies like Nissan, Renault, Hitachi, Nestle and Ashok Leyland.

He has developed digital solution involving mobile applications, social media, big data and machine learning. Besides solution and architecture, he is also involved in improving delivery process and frameworks for Program Management and Competency Management. He is actively involved as a volunteer in providing medical services to the poor and under privileged since student days.

Sriram has 15 years of experience in Regulatory compliance industry esp. in IMDS, REACh, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop65. Throughout his career, he helped several customers in establishing their regulatory compliance teams. Under his leadership, APA manages several compliance teams for multiple global customers, he is instrumental in growing the team from zero to 70 compliance engineers. He organized several IMDS awareness sessions for automotive suppliers.

He is technical consultant for developing APA’s Conflict Minerals, IMDS data management Compliance software, Prop 65, REACH, RoHS and VOC software. He developed several metrologies and processes which had improved the productivity up to 80% & brought significant savings to customers.

He was the one of earliest IMDS Engineers’, holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Topper in his batch.

Gopi S is Associate Vice President in the Sourcing Division of APA. He heads a large team that is responsible for critical new product developments for customers, sourcing and supplier management and quality inspections. Gopi S is one of the earliest employees of APA (18+ years) and has successfully built several lasting customer relationships in this tenure.

Gopi S is also a key contributor to the roll out of key processes for APA's ISO certifications and management systems. He is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and quality control.

He is an active Rotarian who volunteers for and organizes several social service activities.

Madan Mohan Kumar is Senior General Manager (Sourcing) responsible for managing key accounts and business development opportunities in North America & Europe. He has an extensive experience of more than 17 years and is a specialist in sourcing from Asia Pacific region for Automotive, Industrial,Safety Equipment & Stationery applications.

An avid sports and movies lover, represented school & college in Cricket & Football, and currently participates in long distance cycling, running and swimming events.

Rajesh Khanna V is the Vice President in the sourcing division of APA. He heads a team handling key accounts of sourcing division.

Rajesh Khanna V also heads the procurement services division of APA which manages supply chain of parts by logging onto Customer’s ERP thru remote login.

Rajesh Khanna V has 20+ years of extensive experience in sourcing parts from Asia pacific region for different engineering industries.

With 20+ yrs of experience in CAE driven product development in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Special purpose machinery and Power industries, Muthu Kumar is passionate about providing innovative & frugal engineering solutions which deliver immediate tangible benefits to his clients.

Muthu's areas of expertise are in light weighting, Crash & Safety, Vibration and Durability performance aspects of product development for Tier-I and Major OEMs.

Muthu has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT. He loves working with teams in understanding their potential and molding them as independent and confident professionals.

Sanjiv Kumar serves as the Associate Vice President at APA, where he oversees both the Human Resources and Finance departments. In addition to his role in HR and Finance, Sanjiv also leads the Warehouse division of APA, which is responsible for managing Packaging and Logistics operations.

With a remarkable career spanning over 25 years, Sanjiv Kumar brings an abundance of expertise to his responsibilities in Finance and Warehouse Management. His extensive knowledge and leadership contribute significantly to the success and efficiency of APA's business operations.

Dennis Jacinto has more than 3 decades of rich work experience in the global automotive aftermarket industry and one of the Board of Directors in CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council. He was amongst the pioneers in establishing Lester Catalog - a highly reputable and recognized catalog for the US automotive rotating electricals category. Subsequently, he started his next venture, YouTech group, that provided catalog related IT and consulting services.

As VP of Business Development in APA, Dennis manages all strategic customer partnerships and engagements in North America.

A Professional Engineer with MBA, Rajan Natarajan has over 30 years experience in Design Engineering, Project Management, Business Development and Customer Relations. His experience include complete turnkey management of a 30 million US dollars EXIM bank financed Rayon fibre and tyre chord plant for the SK Birla Group in Latin America with all machinery sourced from India.

He was also instrumental in Business Development and Key Accounts Development for Harita of the TVS group and KPIT Cummins.

Swaminathan is a Mechanical engineer with 23 years of experience in the Design and Business Development of Engineering services. He started his career as a Design Engineer and then ventured into its Business Development aspects. A strong background in the technical aspects of design and good communication skills in the German language, enhanced his proficiency in the business development of the company in the German market.

His career started with Flender Gears (which is currently part of Siemens) as a Design Engineer and then he moved on to Vernalis Engineering as Design Head and Business Development Manager for the German market. Now, with the successful merger of Vernalis Engineering with APA Engineering, his career is taking a further drive to become the face of both the German and the European markets, in offering Engineering services.

His professional path is being further accelerated, as APA Engineering offers additional service lines such as Sourcing, Compliance and IT as multiple options to industries.

Swaminathan is also a sports lover especially cricket and has captained his College team.

Mr.Barthelmes, is a man with many talents. With more than 45 Years of extensive experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Management for the European Automotive Industry and in the last 15 years he has been successfully consulting many companies in the industry.

His areas of interest are Automotive, Industrial Machinery, general Engineering and Forging to name the few.

He has conducted many training courses and workshops in Metal technology for the related Industries."
