The inventory lists (of chemical substances) of Australia have updated the two-substances information recently. These amendments in the lists are carried out under the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019.

The Industrial Chemicals Act 2019 is the Australian law that regulates the importation and manufacture of industrial chemicals in Australia. AICIS is the regulatory scheme that administers these laws.

Changes are targeted to deal with the new Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) numbers and names not to affect the identity of the chemicals. These modifications are made effective from October 2021.

NOTE: These particular substance information changes are not reflected in the ECHA database as of now.
