The Office of Administrative Law approved the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment’s proposal to amend new safe warning management for the organizations that cause risk to glyphosate from consumer products that require a warning under Proposition 65.

This new warning regulation will be effective on January 1, 2023.
