In a pivotal development, the application codes “Not Applicable” [40] and “PAH in lubricating oil” [41] have been successfully reinstated after an unintended deactivation.

On August 16th, 2021, these codes were hidden from the system but accidentally deactivated. These codes were not discovered missing until the release of IMDS 14.1 on August 9th, 2023, resulting in error messages during checks.

This issue has been resolved by promptly restoring these application codes, and error messages will trouble users no more. This change ensures that the affected MDSs can once again be put to practical use, eliminating potential roadblocks.
