Design process
- Analyzed the customer-specified regions of the roller coaster car chassis for redesign feasibility and integration.
- Redesigned the roller coaster chassis with a focus on both aesthetics and structural functionality.
- Added additional supports in the redesigned areas to ensure the chassis can withstand oncoming loads.
- Removed and redesigned conflicting areas in the chassis after updating the assembly to the new design.
- Updated and resolved related issues (Hole Mismatch, Tolerance Errors) in the existing roller coaster assembly following customer approval.
- Added welding joints at critical locations in the assembly to improve structural integrity.
- Exported all finalized parts in STEP format for CNC manufacturing.
