Scope:

The scope is to create High quality realistic Animation from Product sample to demonstrate for Injector parts and working principle to their websites and Catalogues for better understanding to end users.

Animation Process

Input: Injector Sample


We have received Injector assembly for Animation from Client.

Scanning/Probing of Injector Sample

We have done probing & scanning of Injector parts and extracting the surface and importing these data into the 3D CAD software (Solidworks) to create parametric 3D model

3D Parametric model Creation

We are created parametric 3D model for each and individual parts from scan data and CMM probe points.

After creating 3D model, we have assembled each 3D part model as per sample and compare (QC) with scan data.

Animation Creation

The final stage is Rendering and Animation, where we have enhanced and created a three dimensional motion with realistic animation from the 3D model.

We have done multiple iteration (applied light & Cameras in various orientation) to show features and internal parts of the product to achieve better result and make happy to our clients.

Challenges Involved

  • ➤ Since we received the sample, which is difficult scan and match the internal profiles.
  • ➤ We have done our best to understand the function of the product and each parts from data available in the internet and created working principle Animation.
  • ➤ Created X-ray view to internal part assemblies during exploded view motion
