The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has reached an agreement with Clean Control Corporation, a manufacturer of premier cleaning products, in Georgia for an amount of USD 32,130 as they failed to meet the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) limits for a general-purpose cleaner which was required by CARB as a part of air quality regulations.

After a thorough investigation, CARB documented these violations related to Consumer Products Regulation. Clean Control Corporation agreed to the penalty amount and ensured that they would fully comply with all product regulations moving forward as a part of the settlement terms. The penalty amount will be transferred to CARB’s Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides money for projects and research to improve California's air quality.
