Both of us had started our careers in automotive and related industries. We believed that there is immense potential to improve efficiencies in the automotive components industry. Cataloging and other data services enabled our customers to keep pace with the changing trends in the global automotive aftermarket.With ecommerce disrupting industries, we capitalized on the opportunity to transform cataloging into a powerful sales tool. Today, we have a strong ecommerce practice to help accelerate online sales for our customers. We offer custom software solutions with multiple models of engagement including offshore development centers for large and long duration projects.

The engineering services division was started to fulfil customer’s needs in the area of product design, development and benchmarking. Overall the last several years, this division has grown rapidly and has helped our clients transform their ideas into products.

In our continued efforts to add value to our customers, we started the regulatory compliance division. This division eliminates their hassles in handling a wide range of regulations such as Prop65, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, IMDS etc. We also supplemented our portfolio with technical staffing services that act as natural extensions to our customer’s organizations. Today, we are probably the largest managed solutions provider in the materials compliance domain for this industry

Srinivasan H.R., Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TAKE Solutions and a member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Srinivasan H.R., fondly known as Sri brings with him 26 years of experience in Supply Chain and General Management fields. Sri started his professional career as a Civil Servant serving with the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Post that, he successfully held several leadership roles – amongst others like Managing Director of Sembcorp Logistics, Singapore, Managing Director of Temasek Capital, Singapore and as an Executive Director with the Shriram Group. He has served both on the State and Regional Councils of the CII. In 2008, he was conferred with the CII Connect – “Entrepreneur of the Year” award. He also bagged the CII Tamil Nadu “Emerging Entrepreneur” award in 2010 given in association with The Hindu Business Line. He holds a degree in Mathematics and is a Post-Graduate in Management.

K.Vaidyanathan, CEO & Director of APA Engineering

A Mechanical Engineer from IIT Madras and an MBA from Loyola, he is a Founder Director of APA Engineering.

Vaidyanathan has rich experience having worked for Tata Motors and the Amalgamations Group in International marketing and sourcing in the Light engineering vertical.

A keen sports lover, a state level Table Tennis player in his school days, plays tennis and participates in long distance running now.

K. Ramakrishnan, COO & Director of APA Engineering

Formerly, Director of ALCASTE a Aluminum Casting Company involved in Pressure die–casting, Gravity Casting & CNC machining.Had a 3 year stint with Tata Motors Ltd. Ramakrishnan has a strong background in manufacturing and operations. He also is an hands on manager of the IT division at APA Engineering. A nationally ranked Table Tennis player once, he takes a active interest in his sons Tennis career.

Deepa Jayakumar

A young and dynamic person who brings on board her rich experience in Strategic Communications & Brand Building. She has created several brands and is part of the core team at The Shriram Venture Ltd (SVL). A University Rank holder, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Communications & Public Relations from the Madras University. She is also a guest faculty at a few colleges in Chennai.

Subashri Sriram

Ms. Subhasri Sriram has over 25 years of professional experience, including 19 years in the Shriram Group’s Financial Services businesses. She has previously served as Executive Director & Chief Finance Officer of Shriram City Union Finance Limited.

She has handled many critical assignments related to implementing new organizational structures, improving business processes, raising several rounds of equity from marquee investors across the globe and in raising external commercial borrowings.She has won the “Best Performing CFO in the NBFC Sector” for 2013 at the 8th edition of the awards instituted by a leading business television channel CNBC TV18 and in 2016, she was also chosen as one of the most influential CFOs in India by CIMA. Ms. Sriram is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
